The Orland Park Public Library, 14921 Ravinia Ave., presents several special programs for young children and their families:
Jim Gill Family Concert
A family event. Get ready to sing, clap, dance and spin along during this visit by award-winning musician and author Jim Gill. This family concert is on Sunday, June 25 at 2 p.m., in the Library Pavilion and registration is not required. Patrons may bring lawn chairs.
Buenas Noches
All ages. Join in for Spanish bilingual stories, songs, and more on Monday, June 26 at 6:30 p.m. Program takes place in the Youth Services Program Room – Registration is required.
A Very Special Arabic Story Time Eid Celebration!
All ages. Happy Eid al-Adha! Celebrate together, read stories, listen to music and do a special craft. This program is designed for a child and one adult caregiver, so be prepared to stay for the event. Wednesday, June 28 at 4 p.m. in the Large Meeting Room 104.
Bright Starts Family Story Time
All ages. Start your weekend off right! Bring the family together for stories, songs, and fun! This program is designed for a child and one adult caregiver, so be prepared to stay for the event. Bright Starts happens on Saturday, July 1 at 10 a.m. in the Youth Services Program Room
